Every new employee receives a $100 store credit
National Food Group is also paying half of each items price
Example: retail price is listed, and you pay the employee price (half of the retail price)
Username: Your email address
Password: Your NFG nickname (no caps or symbols or spaces)
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select an item you would like to purchase, click the “choose a color” drop down to select the color of the item you
would like to order.
• Choose the size
• Click “ADD TO CART”, you will be directed to your cart summary, proceed to checkout or continue shopping
• Choose your shipping method and address, click on “NEXT STEP: BILLING”
• Select your payment method. If the item has a coupon code, enter it in the COUPONS area
• Review your order and select “PLACE ORDER” at the bottom of the page
• You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number
Q: When can I expect my order to deliver?
A: 6-8+ weeks depending on item delivered and inventory. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact
Toni McKenzie at tmckenzie@nationalfoodgroup.com and we will confirm the status of your order.
Q: Can I track my order delivery?
A: Tracking single orders is currently not available - if you have questions about your order, please contact Toni.
Q: What are the shipping fees/options?
A: Novi team members: If you ship to the Novi office, shipping fees are completely covered.
Remote team members: NFG will cover shipping charges to your home and orders will be shipped via FedEx.
Q: Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
A: Cancellations will be handled on an individual basis. Please email jenny@smgusa.net.
Q: How do I return or exchange a product?
A: Email tmckenzie@nationalfoodgroup.com with the product name and size if you need to return or exchange.
Q: Can I change my Username and Password?
A: To change a username and/or password, click on ”My Account” at the bottom of any page under
ACCOUNT/GUEST or click on your name at the top right. Your account details will be displayed. Click on
“Manage Account Details” update/change details and click ”Save Account”.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: Coupons: if there is a coupon available, you enter the code in the COUPONS area of the payment section.
Store Credit: occasionally, store credit may be granted by National Food Group! If you have a credit balance,
it will appear next to your name on the top right.
Payroll Deduction: this will be automatically taken out of your next paycheck.
Special Project: approval by your team leader is required. Your team leader will receive the order and will
have the option to approve or reject the order.
